I think i know the reason for Xins buff

I think the buff to him was made to see how bad a community can react to such a monstrosity. But seriously though, Xin was just as fine as he is. To me he always had that Jax feeling with being reliant on his basic attacks, but giving him a crit now on top of his heal is just so unreal and unreasonable.

For the most time i have seen nobody complaining about xin zhaos state other than the usual talking about devourer being so damn strong on some champions, xin included. But giving him this buff is just not reasonable. I think this buff was either done because riot will soon nerf something that affect him, nerf him directly soon, or you know... doing it for shits and giggles because the balance choices have pretty weird lately (duskblade am i rite).
