A Zuggestion
If Zed is to be a straight up murdererer...why not take the slow out of his kit? Define him as a straight up assassin. He does not need the slow, and it makes him that much more obnoxious. He has plenty of catch and escape stuff, and more than enough damage. Make him the killer he is, but make it so that you have to be good - remove the training wheels, Riot. And make a champ with ZERO CC. I am not even sure how many of those exist anymore.
