Am I just flat wrong to build Cinderhulk on Jungle Gragas?

I kind of like having the extra HP, since I'm just a lil' Silver it helps me survive, and it does deal damage to champs as well. Is there some objective, non-debatable reason I should switch to the AP jungle item?
