Azir Could Use Some Love.

Azir is currently one of my binge characters and I'm having an awful lot of fun with him. He has a unique mechanic in his Sand Soldiers and a really interesting kit built entirely around them. I didn't play him much back in his hayday simply because I wasn't good at him. He's a very intimidating champion, IMO, with a huge skill cap.

However, while I might not be an Azir master, I do think our ol' Emperor Pigeon could use some love. He's been nerfed a LOT since his release, and I mean a LOT. The last buff I can recall is moving the attack speed from his passive and onto his W.

I have 2 suggestions: Suggestion 1: Sand Soldiers now apply On-Hit Effects in addition to Spell Effects. Azir's item builds generally either involve going full mage and trying to land Q-E-R as a combo (very hard) or a DPS build with Nashor's Tooth. Problem is, Nashor's on-hit passive is completely wasted, which is a shame since it wastes a bunch of gold and a lot of potential damage. Also, it would expand his build possibilities to add maybe a Wit's End in there somewhere. Suggestion 2: His Sand Soldiers can attack turrets or be used on turrets like they used to be able to. This might be a little OP, but Azir could fit a niche identity as a Siege Mage.
