I may be crazy but at 3:27 Lissandra´s Q range is way bigger and It also looks like they changed her Auto Attack animation and effects
It could be that they further working on the Lissandra mini rework that was on the PBE with the new passive awhile ago that never made it to the live servers
Who knows I could be completely wrong

Karn Bishop3 votes~~ They had to put something interesting in the replay to cover up how gutted her ultimate must be from the pbe to not kill a 310 hp darius with empowered ultimate, on the pbe an empowered ult lvl 1 is 300 ap dmg +150% ap and even with components that should have been a kill or at the very least dropped him within 50 hp range. ~~ Breaking it down the empowered ultimate seems to only have done 200 damage empowered lvl 1.
Also the lissandra changes look cool, looks like it bounced off a minion.
edit: ok so apparently they used really old footage from when eves R only did 100 damage empowered for some dumb reason.
