What to play if Kai'sa is banned?

Core items against tanks against squishies. Boots to be fast for more burst. for pushing and early defense to outduel many champions including the enemy ADC.

Most of your damage comes just from collecting chimes so you are free to build either tanky or some extra penetration, maybe Liandry. You also won't lose your lane immediatly if you fall behind in CS because you still get a lot of free damage if you just collect your chimes and you can use it to snowball still, especially with well timed roams.

Your biggest weakness is csing under tower before you have your first AD items, that can really screw you up, don't get pushed in too hard early. Bards base AD is pathetic. You even lose caster minions to tower if you don't prep them while having .

Overall Bard has more flat damage burst than Kai'sa, can also deal a lot of mixed damage, safer early game, more CC, better escapes, more roaming potential, more sustain, more potential to snowball himself or others. He is just better at everything until mid-late game when the lack of AP/AD scaling really becomes an issue. xD Ok he doesn't have that execution damage that Kai'Sa has but if you have enough flat burst and can setup ganks, roams, that just doesn't matter at all.

Technically this isn't really an ADC, but you can carry really well, because he is a playmaker as opposed to somebody who just sits in lane soaking up cs and exp waiting for powerspikes.

Imo Bard, no matter if top, mid, ADC does actually better than Kai'Sa LUL ...and is easier because you have CC, sustain and escapes and more range with Q.

You’re...joking, right? Kai’Sa isn’t even close to overpowered.

Try Varus. Or Xayah. Or Tristana. All are easier to play, are better, and dominate just about every other ADC in lane, including Kai’Sa.

Varus feels inadequate after playing Kai'sa.

Not enough damage compared to Kai'sa which deals lots more. The ult is nice though but still, Varus feels weak.
