Silences affects champion passives - What would happen?

Y'know minus Kalista having some real risk.

Semi-jokes aside it would be interesting to see how that would work with champions, like suddenly a Silence Nasus who had their Q ready beforehand suddenly does wet noodle damage for that hit again or Riven suddenly loses those 3 stacks of her passive

Well, nothing would happen. A silence only causes you to not be able to cast abilities. It doesn't make things like Teemo's E stop working.

What I'm assuming you meant is that it disables the passive for a short period of time, although I'm not sure if it would affect actual abilities(Q,W,E,R) like Teemo's E.

BTW, I'm also going to assume that it doesn't affect champion abilities anymore, just passives. Aatrox That would suck. A lot. Katarina Yeah. That would not be good for Kat. Rengar Goodbye bush jumps.

Your correct, if Silence disabled passive abilities: What would happen

I mean Riots never gonna do it but I figured "Hey lets do some hypothetical theory crafting"

Draven Drops all axes, doesn't get to cash in adoration stacks Teemo Unstealths, doesn't do poison damage Evelynn Was probably already unstealthed TahmKench Can't apply stacks on people, making him waste a lot of extra time auto attacking Singed Suddenly looses health Poppy Suddenly susceptible to burst Karthus Dies Sion Dies KogMaw Doesn't boom Zyra Doesn't bloom Viktor Makes him more resistant to Veigar Galio Makes him more resistant to Veigar Annie Doesn't change anything Syndra Doesn't change anything Lissandra Doesn't change anything Ryze Doesn't change anything

It's such a mixed bag... honestly it would cause more issues trying to figure some of it out than it would be worth.
