Make it so you can't use any mobility spells inside Vegiar's E

Dashes and Blinks are the main thing I'm talking about. I know they already made it so dashes can't pass, but what about blinks? Also I was thinking if movespeed boosts would count on this list. (Think Rammus ball, Garen Q), but I'm not sure about it.

It already has the unique thing of making people slam their faces into the wall and stop. As a Veigar player, I don't think we need more buffs to make him reliant on his E again.
