I recently am trying to build a new rune page, however the runes are so expensive in IP. I am not good at saving IP so I think it would be a good idea to add where you could pay with RP. Maybe like 9 for 450 or something like that. I think this would make tier 3 runes more accessible to people who can't play as much as they would like to.

you just have to save your IP. dont spend it. Wait and then buy the runes.

I get that but what about for people who can't afford to play that much but want runes, I believe there should be an option for them.

They do this so you can't straight up buy power. League is free to play, that doesn't mean that you should be able to pay to win.
