Is there a way to disable premade Rune Pages?

Whenever i pick a champion it puts a random rune page of the premade ones instead of having the one that i made myself and its inconvenient having to go through all of them each time to pick the correct one, is there a way to just disable the premade ones so it automatically puts the one that i made?

Also Sorcery rune pages seem more efficient for AD champions than the Precision ones...
