Swain rework murdered him
Swain's winrate is pretty much at his all time low, it is clear he needs some buffs to stand a chance now, perhaps his mana cost on his Q should be lowered or something similar to that? As his ult also costs mana now,

The new Q will take some getting used to for most of the mains, but his ult and passive scaling is an overall buff. I think he’ll settle in really nicely within the next week or two.
i do miss the old swain. He was one of my favorite champions to play. i think hes better off now, i just dont enjoy him anymore.
I think it's due to the Q changes The Q feels awful to cs with
his new mini rework seemed to fix him, from what ive seen hes doing great now
