We should be able to queue spells

You've all done it:

Chasing someone down as Kat/Akali/anyone who has a gap closer and aoe spell. You use your gap closer and aoe right after, but they are not in range. Because they are not in range, your aoe goes off, but not your gap closer, wasting the spell.

Can we please make it so if you use a ranged spell, but the target is not in range, any other spell you press will be delayed until the first is satisfied, or you click away.
