PSA: Warlords Bloodlust does not work on jungle camps

If you actually take a second to think about it, if it worked on jg camps, then it would be the most broken mastery in the game. it will allow champions like Xin Zhao or Volibear to walk out of the jungle at full health to go gank a lane after getting the redbuff. now stop playing champions like Shaco thinking "oh I can clear my camps without getting as low now" because it will just end up being a wasted keystone. especially on someone like Shaco who would benefit a lot more from thunderlords

Um... I already first clear the entire jungle at full health as Xin Zhao. In fact, with Xin Zhao, I run out of MANA well before I go below 90% health.

AS Reds and Quints, I start with Talisman + Refillable Potion, and have W as my first skill. The only time I ever go below 90% health is at level 2, when I'm doing Red Buff for the first time. After I smite it and for the rest of the game, I lose NO health from jungle creeps. In fact, I pretty much actually GAIN health when I attack jungle camps.

Why would I need Warlord's Bloodlust to work on jungle camps if I'm Xin Zhao?
