Duskblade on Wukong?
Would it be viable to put
on
?
Would it be viable to put
on
?
No. Wukong has some decent Burst thats right, but this Item is not efficient for him.
Stick to

it would be perfectly fine to put duskblade on wukong
No it is not.
Its an Item you get when you are extremly ahead and on this Point you can built whatever you want and get away with it. Also you wont need the Passive anymore since you are already oneshotting Carries.
Duskblade has a horrible Build Path and " only " Armor Penetration beside the Passive he doesnt need when ahead and cant use when behind ( since you will take ages to complet and benefit from this Item ).
Q + Duskblade passive for Wukong seems like a pretty good deal. Besides that, it's movement speed and armor pen, both of which benefit Wukong as well.
I could see it being a bad swap-out on any of his other utility (cdr or hp items) but what makes it so bad that it's not efficient?
Situational, yes, but...
auto Q auto from duskblade wukong would kill an ADC with little effort.
I'm a Wukong one trick and duskblade works well for a 1v1 in lane. If you were going to build it, I would suggest building it first item instead of the normal
. Some things to keep in mind about Wukong Itemization:
: Solid first item. Gives him a metric ton of early game damage and the active is very useful as well
: Pretty much essential. Gives him everything he needs. CDR, Flat AD, HP that double dips into his passive, and armor shred. Couldn't ask for a better item for Wu.
: Pretty much built for the waveclear over
. Not a bad idea by any means as wukong struggles to clear waves without spamming spells, but keep in mind
is better in every single other scenario other than clearing waves
: Solid pick. Tons of flat AD, some CDR, and both of the passives are very good on Wu
Normally after that its some filler defensive items. Take your pick.
is better than
in almost everything other than waveclearing
Here is the thing, because waveclearing is so powerful and essential nowadays, most of time I can't really justify getting
over
unless the rest of my team already has enough waveclear to compensate. To compensate for the lack of CDR, I can grab
or use CDR runes.
If i should choose one item on Wu... it would be the Youmuu Ghostblade for me this is the essential item.
Going to strongly disagree. Cleaver is far more necessary. Youmuu's is an early game power spike which is why it's built first, but Cleaver is absolutely essential
Youmuu isnt always build first... Its build sometime second in lane and jungle. Flat pene isn't just useful in early... mainly against squishy... and u should focus on carry when u play Wukong. For engage or flee Youmuu is the must have. And Cleaver can be trade for Triforce.
You're trying to tell a Wukong one trick how to play Wukong lol.
And no, Cleaver can't be swapped out for Tri. Cleaver is ten times better on Wu and the items dont fill the same role
We are both one trick Wu... Yeah Tf and BC don't fill the same role, but i hard disagree with ur ten times better
Harambe would say its viable.
I mean I wouldnt say it's not viable, but the comment below my has some better options for ya. I guess just try it out and see what you think
Yes, it is viable. Not my preferred item on Wu, but some players enjoy massive success with it.
If you're really fed I'd go for it but I wouldn't rush it as one of my first items.
Kinda? Having the item wouldn't be terrible for him, but building up to it would sacrifice other things that would be much better for helping him to snowball.
Yes, for snowballing.
I play Wukong and sometimes when i'm against a team full of squishes and my team has a tanky initiating champion and if my team needed an assassin of sorts.
An example was when I was playing a game and there was a Kog'maw and twitch who were getting really strong on the enemy team. Clearly some kind of assassin would be necessary to winning so I went duskblade. Wukong has some decent survivability without actually building tanky which makes him somewhat of a niche at this kind of thing. Basically an auto Q auto was enough to kill twitch or Kog'maw with duskblade and that was really good for me and my team.
well. im still dont know what to build on him
or
