How do you counter: Ghost blade + Black cleaver?

I hope i'm not the only one that noticed, but almost every AD champion that I've come across has been using the "new korean build" that uses Ghost blade and Black cleaver, I really like the build itself but seeing it almost everywhere gets annoying. So I am asking you guys what you think is best to counter this build, I don't care which lane or role just make sure it counters this build. So far all I can think is mundo because he doesn't rely on armor, just on health and regen.

Havingitem 1031 or even item 3082 by the time they hit Ghostblade is an awkward bump in the road for the Ghostblade user. A lot of its power is in its Armor Penetration, and even a half completed armor pen item greatly reduces that.

In general though, the answer to defeating an ADC is through offense, not defense. They're designed to tear through whatever defensive items you buy, so I hope you realize how backwards it would be to buy defense for the sake of defending against a class designed to counter defense.

I've noticed Blue Build Ezreal does very well at beating it. Especially against MF's.

you play veigar, annie, riven, amumu. That way you can out braindead them

Buffer your armor with health.

My usual tank build against AD goes Sunfire, Spectre's Cowl, Randuin's or Dead Man's depending on my hero, Spirit Visage and if they're really heavy AD I'll buy Thornmail.

The armor is buffered nicely with the health the items give. Giving you a good amount of survivability despite the shred. You also get a good amount of regen and MR from Spirit Visage to deal with the single source of magic damage that would be on an enemy team like this.

This build is much stronger early game, but doesn't scale as well as a traditional ADC build.

So to beat it, build a traditional Infinite Edge centric build, and don't die to them in the early/mid game.

The issue right now is that the champions it is good on (e.g. Lucian) are also good at forcing early fights/objectives, and give extra meaning to that part of the game where they are strong. So pick good waveclear, defend your turrets early, and outscale around the 35min mark.
