Why can't ziggs have a global quote?

his ult is not global

You want to nerf ziggs? How special are you? Ziggs is the slowest champion in game with an all skillshot kit, all those spells are slow to cast and move slowly are extremely easy to avoid and his main ability can even bounce directly over other champions where as other skillshots will simply destroy everything in there path.

You are a true idiot with no clue and you want to nerf one of the most underpowered champions currently in league... you would be perfect for riots balance team...

adding that speech just makes it so much easier to dodge his ult...

I thought being able to listen to him when you are near his ult is good enough.
