Unbalanced as can be. Snowbally. Useless turrets. Entire matches decided by how well your ADC does in the first 10 minutes, regardless of how the rest of the team does. Riot pet favorite champions that are permanently in OP or broken status. Need to play a champ that can carry or you can't climb. Basically reduces that number of viable champs--those that can carry, and those that are broken or both. Newer champions that are never seen like Sol, or Camille etc, because their design is stupid and boring and no one likes them. Incompetent Ricklessabandon. Ego maniac Marc Merrill.

In Gold and below. Remove derank, seriously why is this a feature. It isn't needed. Increase the climb time for "bad" players but don't push them down. I am not not into everyone should be a winner, but in this case I will completely support this. Displayed rank, especially in gold doesn't even matter.

There are other changes, but I think with no derank a lot of the other stuff can be overlooked.

I think its very bad. To play a game where your individual rank depends on the team isn't really so bad, but when it all really depends on the ADC, then players are spinning their wheels in lane because even if your mid and top get mildy fed, but your adc has 0 kills and their draven has is 5/0 in the first 10 minutes, the game is basically over. So basically you need to either play ADC or Jungle and carry hard. This is very limiting, and those who don't prefer those roles are punished for not playing those roles.
