Why hasn't Anivia's wall been fixed?

I saw with the Yorick rework that Riot can make terrain that allies can pass through, Anivia has had tons of changes to her ult but why hasn't her wall been fixed yet to let herself and allies through?

It's not meant to let anyone through. It doesn't need 'fixing.' It's part of Anivia's skill-cap.

Yorick's isn't a 'wall' it's a mist cloud thing. It's not really terrain.

It actually says "wall of souls" in the ability descpition

Yeah, but it doesn't say 'impassable' like Anivia's does. Yorick's "wall" can be destroyed.

idk what you're argument is here. What is the benefit to having her wall be impassible? She's not a duelist and shes not a lock down mageTrundle Yorick Camille JarvanIV Azir Taliyah her wall doesn't even do a knockup or any cc effect and she doesn't have any mobility to make use of it like other wall champs.

I've played a bunch of games with Anivia, her wall is the weirdest part of her kit. I think I speak for every person who played Anivia who asks "what is this for?" The only time it's useful is in jungle pathways or to lock down an immobile champ without flash (have fun trying to find those) and to prevent flanks in skirmishes and that doesn't help considering all the meta champs typically have a jump or a dash. It really needs something if they ever want Anivia to be competitive or played more or just so it doesn't have a detrimental effect.

Her wall is impassable because she has no mobility to speak of. She's incredibly position-reliant and a good wall can win fights by itself. That wall high-point needs an appropriate cost which is that it's impassable to everyone.

The wall is the best part of her kit. It gives vision, keeps people in her ult and it also sets up her very slow Q skillshot. It also forces pathing, shunts the champs it hits sideways, along with a long list of other things. It's also huge.

I'm just thinking about her playstyle and how she's effective and I feel like Anivia just farms till level 6 and just deletes waves when she gets close. I think it would just make her more playable(or forgiving to lower elo players) because it's hard to constantly have that positional setup or even team coordination and you end up with enemy that almost gets killed flash or dashes away, then you have a wall in your teams face. Anivia is a strong pick she has a high winrate, but she's only played by 1% or so on Diamond so it's only one tricks or Ryze counters that are even playing her. I just wonder because she's had a fair amount of changes and even nerfs/balances around her ultimate but she's never considered a competitive pick and riot hasn't even tried changes like that on the pbe for her.

I don't think she needs changes, or needs to be more 'forgivable' at lower elos. She's always been a high skillcap champ due to that wall. Making allies pass though it would probably remove her skillfloor. (not lower, I actually mean straight-up remove.) It just takes a certain type of player to enjoy her playstyle and she takes a lot of games to get used to csing and her combos so she isn't picked much. It's perfectly ok for a champ to be like that.

so you want a gigantic wall that is able to be used rather frequently to let your allies be able to pass through? there's nothing that needs fixing. The ability is working as intended and the only thing that will be accomplished by "fixing" her wall is for her to received nerfs
