Recognition/compromise for veteran players

I recently bought my final rune page after having all the champs in the game and all the runes too... Im now maxed out with everything buyable with ip. I am in the very small group of people that can say this.... now its all going away and I wont be able to prove I did that. I understand a lot of people are upset about the way riot is handling the situation but I would like to propose an idea or two. What if on top of the refund we are getting, those of us who managed to "max out" in buying everything also get a bit of flair to brag about? My preference would be loading screen flair like a crown above my champ or a ribbon around the border to show im royalty or whatever. If this is too much then im willing to settle for a special "100%" icon.

Also in regards to the problem where new lvl 30's and long time lvl 30's will be at the same spot, give xp boosts to players based on the number of games played? Like for every 20 games played of normals prior to the preseason then you get 1 game of double xp or something? Just a few ideas that might make both riot and long time veterans happy.... you know a compromise...
