Panth is broken in the early game. However, he's one of the weakest champions in the game late game. All you gotta do is not feed him and he's completely worthless throughout the entire game.

main here. This is radicalizing my lane phase, and I love it. It completely changes the game, and balances it. I'm hoping Annie sees some more compensation, such as a slight mana cost reduction to Q or more DR/sharper AP scaling on her E. If not, doubt she needs it. But it's a good thing.

Would you prefer your Xerath or whomever takes 1.75 seconds to 360 like DotA's turnrates?

Pantheon is the school bully what thinks himself stronger and smarter than everyone else because he's bigger and a year older.

But he's the kid who got held back a year because he's a dumbass.

And all it really takes to deal with him, like any bully, is to get your buddies together and gang up on him. But, if you can't get them to come to you then force laning to end early by going to your allies and helping them. Panth will either try and lend a hand to his team and get torn apart in every team fight ever or he'll stay top while you and your team win the other two lanes, then top lane, and, finally, the game.

It's how you deal with any bully in a solo lane.
