electrocute is unhealthy for the game

I hope riot listens to the community once again and fix this , its pretty funny that a keystone does more than some champion's damaging abilities , just give it less cooldown and decrease the damage ,I don't know maybe bring the old thunderlord's back , it was a good choice for both mages and assassins and didn't get as much hate
