Zed's struggle

@RiotRepertoir just wondering if there is any plans to lower zed's W cooldown , bc being stuck with 22 sec is a little too much , I understand when it got nerfed in preseason 6 when thunderlord came out and it made his lane a little oppressive , but that's not a thing anymore , electrocute is on 50 sec cooldown , I think giving him more chances to trade is so fair considering all the counterplay available for his opponents such as armor boots , armguard.
