Make a new item slot for Controll wards only.
If u have watched LCS and how At late game Supports are forced to constantly buy 3 pink wards at the last item slot instead of a real item that would help his team.

Yep it'd be nice
Make it a trinket that costs money to recharge and you have to buy if you want to buy a gold gen item.
