So No Patch Today? -_-

There better be notes released today and patch tomorrow then. If patch isn't till next week I'm gonna be pretty pissed. So many of the champion nerfs coming with it are things that were obviously needed for several patches or are fixes to mistakes Riot made last patch that the community called out as mistakes before they even went live.

I'm gonna publicly predict a few things here that aren't even on the PBE yet that I'm sure will happen this season (though might not change for months):

1. Rageblade doesn't survive the year with it's current mechanic intact (RAGE is all too appropriate of a name, this thing is oozing with issues, I seriously question how this item ever made it to live).
2. More Fiora nerfs, yes beyond what's on the PBE now (how has she been allowed to be SO strong for so long???).
3. Nerfs and/or rework of Devourer (at least sated, it's such an unhealthy mechanic).
4. Maw of Malmortius nerfs (seriously, how is this thing not nerfed yet?).
5. Small Rylai's nerf with mage update or later in the year (the slows are soooo good).
6. Towers get real buffs, particularly the laser turrets (I understand pacing issues, but the current state is even worse and there are better solutions like lower drag/baron/buff camp timers).

I think a big part of all 4 items I mentioned not being changed yet is that currently so many champions are dependent on them and Riot has a hard time dealing with all the ripple effects (which is somewhat understandable, but they're still waiting too long to start, meanwhile we're suffering).
