Oh My Gosh SUCH A BAD SUPPORT

So we all know those lobbies where people get mad at the support for getting kills. Even if it wasnt their fault entirely (they may have auto attacked and used an ability simultaniously and it did a bit too much damage). What i dont understand is why people flame the support for accidentally getting kills. I just got out of a game where a Sona had 3 kills in the late game because she accidently took them or she had to 1v1 someone and actually won. She proceded to get flamed because she only had 20 assists at 30 minutes. My entire team got mad at the one flaming the support because he was going 7/11 and was calling out the support for stupid things. This kind of thing happens (to me) alot more than not and its getting more and more common. Can Rito introduce something to stop it that isnt the mute button? Maybe a new report reason or something.

The reason i made this was to ask if you guys have had any horror stories that you would like to share in the comments.

Back in my first 1000 games I would see this a lot. It's died down since, but boy was it frustrating. Players are sloooowly understanding that gold, team gold, is a good thing. 900 gold on a support is a huge advantage (hello sightstone!) early on, even if it slows down the ADC's weapon build a little. People who don't understand the importance of team gold tend to believe that getting all of the kills and thus putting all of the eggs in one basket, so to speak, is what wins games. It's not. It just leads to them making a shitty thread about how they had 20 kills and couldn't win the entire game by themselves because of their "trash team".

As a support now i always go for a kill even when it seems its a guarantee kill.

I got tired of someone getting away because my adc's have no idea how to AA a target.

They may grouch about early kills on a support but that money goes toward the team's sightstone and pink wards so meh. x'D

Most ADC's are just brats, anyway. If I'm playing it, I'm fine with an assist. It just makes the game easier later on.

Mute doesnt help sometimes. It actually just makes it more and more obvious that it is there.
