Why am I getting champion shards out of Hextech boxes still !?

Whats the point in having the leveling system and everything else that gives me a billion champion shards. Then it takes me like a MONTH to get 3 key fragments to open a damn Champion Shard !? Whats the damn point in that ? I sat there for a month waiting for a key that basically gave me 1200 blue essence. When I #1 own every champ and #2 am sitting on over 40K bp.... This does not amuse me Riot.. In fact it pisses me off.

Its bad enough that even when I DO get a skin shard its a damn Legacy Skin worth 195 Orange essence yay ! 20 of those and ill get to unlock one single skin... Great.

So ya in hindsight being a positive summoner doesnt pay off at all. getting key frags to just unlock more of a useless resource. What a scam.
