i got 10 minute low priority queue after that i played 20 games without leaving and then my connection was lost so it forced me to leave the game and now i have a 20 min ban please riot help i didn't intend to leave the game i am sorry for the leave but i am really upset is that after playing 20 matches and left 1 i got a ban please help please

You ended up ruining a game experience for 4 other teammates through your absence. The 20 minutes you have to wait is because due to your bad connection, 4 people also had to wait 20 minutes before they could /ff.
