No hextech chest from S grade

I got an S on soraka a few days ago and was pretty upset to see I only got a key fragment, 2 days later I bought $10 of rp and bought tahm kench along with 6 hextech chests, the same day I got ANOTHER S with Soraka and still no chest. I have all 4 chests available and I just got into Soraka so it's not like I already got mine from her, only from Lux and Lissandra a while back, is it because I bought the hextech chests or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

you cant get a chest twice on the same character if getting S if that's not the problem I don't know what to say

Go to your champions page. Find Soraka. If her portrait has a gold boarder around her then you've already received a chest for getting an S on her. You can only get one chest per champion per season.
