1-Make her CD on her Q starts after her third Q and not from the first one 2-Make her E ratio 40% of her bonus ad and not 100% its a shield and you have put 100% ratio? its like giving orianna 100% AP ratio on her shield do you see the problem? 3-Make her E CD 14 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 up from 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 (This alone would stop her absurd mobility) 4-Her R CD COOLDOWN: 110 / 80 / 70 Up from COOLDOWN: 110 / 80 / 50 right now riven can use his ultimate 2 times in the row with 40% cdr at rank 3....

Simple nerfs that would fix riven

You'd have to reduce to CD of her Q or else you completely destroy her. It doesn't fix her spammy 3 Q's on-top of a carry nature, so why change it this way?
100% bonus AD =/= 100% AP. Hell, 100% total AD doesn't even equal 100% AP because YOU CAN HAVE ALMOST 3x AS MUCH AP THAN TOTAL AD. Her shield is already pretty average, cutting its scaling by over half is, again, destroying her.
Only sensible thing in the fucking thread.

1-it fix the mobility escape that she can use 3 Q and then use them again because the CD starts after the last Q with the cd starting on the first Q her mobility would actually be nerfed

2-It was an example that shields should have 100% of the champion main build (you want a better example? ok udyr with 100% AD shield he build a trinity and a blade? have fun trying killing him off with 210 base shield plus what ever AD he have! The fact that only riven have 100% AD shield and riot have never put that in any other champion mean that they realize how stupid it was and they never make the same mistake and you say her shield is average? her base values is one of the strongest in the game wtf are you say i guess you main riven huh?

3-The fact that you couldnt say anything about how stupid low the CD on her ulti is and you use the mistake i made says everything that even you a riven main you want to dodge this bullet because even you know that having 50 base CDR which become less than 30 with 40% cdr on a ultimate that last for 15 seconds is just stupid

the Q change is good because her knockup-stun-knockup is what makes her so annoying. reduce Q cooldown by like 1 second to make up for it.
all the other changes are way too much and thats not the problem about her

nah mah spamming a shield/gap closer/escape every 3 seconds with 40% cdr that scales with AD which can go up to 600 Shield is "not a problem"

Or using an ultimate 2 times in the row is not a problem ether

she cant use ult 2 times in a row because at maximum cdr it has 30 sec cooldown and lasts 15 sec so... no.

also, its okay to spam that shield.

turn her w into a 1 second 70% slow.

she has high mobility and damage. why does she get so much hard cc to go with it? half of her cheese comes from the ability to jump in and lock someone up with cc to blow him up before he can react.
