Eternum Nocturne has at least one new line he says. Was his VO updated somehow?

I noticed while losing my promos as Eternum Nocturne that he definitely has at least one new line at the game's start. You know, those first-move lines that newer skins and champs have. Something about a cloud descending. I'm pretty sure I heard a second new line during the game, too, but it might be my imagination.

No one seems to have mentioned this, but when did that happen? And does he have more than one new line, now?
