Doesn't anyone feel it's a little strange there's no big event or announcement today?

I realize this is, by definition, in my head, but I had this feeling like Riot was going to do something big today, maybe tomorrow. Maybe it was the rumors floating around about an upcoming Ultimate skin, but it seemed like it was too quiet. Riot's seemed more hushed than usual, less active in their announcements than any other time I can remember.

Just an ominous feeling for an announcement that I keep expecting to come up, but hasn't. Sometimes I think they won't even announce it, it'll just show up on the main store page or something, like Legendary skins are discounted, or there's a new one they never announced...Something like that.

Can't shake it, though. I think it's the relative quiet from Riot's updates doing it to me...looks down at a campfire placed in a circle of melted snow, all the field a void of white, the bleary, incandescent vibrance of the flames reflecting off Oyster's solemn eyes...I just felt like something was going to happen.
