Serious discussion about dashes/gap-closer

So why can champins the ability to move when snared? I just cant belive this.I snare Tris and Ez as Zyra and they just jump out of it,same thing happend with Ahri while i was playing Morgana.

Besides that,is the Mage underplay because even if you hit an opponent while moving towards you they dont stop at the place they were affected by CC but besides you? What kind player experience is that for a player?Instead of being rewarded by hitting your skillshoot/CC on the opponent that was going towards you ,it backfires at you...
