Miss Fortune's Strut changes make Bloodthirster an amazing first item instead!!

Now that strut doesn't turn off as long as you're shielded, this makes Bloodthirster a hidden OP item on her! I've been trying it and it helps a ton! Adds a second or so of chase, or allows you to get away easy after being poked! I suggest trying it!!
