Essence Reaver come to Twisted Treeline PLEASE

I hope someone from riot can see this and make it a reality. Can Essence Reaver, or a map specific item that has the same passive effect, please make its way onto Twisted Treeline? I like to build it on a select few champions on Rift, but when I play those champs on TT my build gets thrown way off. It's not the biggest deal, but I like the added flexibility the item provides for builds.

An equivalent item should be made, yes, but not Essence Reaver itself since it builds out of BFS, which is unrealistic to afford in Twisted Treeline or Dominion.
