If you look at his build, he already builds CDR. IBG gives him 20% - so does Trinity if he opts into that. If you focus Ez on Crits, he will build Esseance Reaver into PD and will get onto max CDR in no time. I don't see why would you add crit to his Q, he is already really strong.
