skarner's e is the worth ability ive ever used.

Look, i love skarner. he scales so hard into late game for a tank. his damage is great, his ult is game changing, he has a good shield/speed boost (tho its clunky). BUT. his e is really bad. Its got a huge delay, so using it stops you. the missle speed is terrible (idk the numbers but i assume its one of the worst, maybe only being beaten by anivia q). its pretty short range, and the damage is bad. I will admit that the slow is really strong for an aoe multi hit slow, but honestly there are betters ones like kogmaw slow which is wider, longer and faster. if the missle speed was higher id be way happier. id trade some slow power for a speed boost.
