Hey Rito, is Zilean on a rework list?

Im a Zilean 1-trick who absolutely loves Zilean, but Im concerned he might be in line for a rework (Im at midtier elo, so maybe he's balanced up there. Im not sure.) Thanks for responding ^.^

i only hate his W rest of his kit is ok'ish( as ok a free ga can be )

Pretty sure he's fine, there are a lot more problematic champions. Even if he was on the list he would need to get through before galio, warwick, swain, eve, ETC. (not in any specific order)

although a Zilean skin would be nice, last one I remember was Blood Moon and I wasn't even around when that one came out

I think he probably is on the list for a future VGU (Visual and Gameplay Update), in order to further explore his time mage theme. But I guess right now he is in an okay spot and other champs are higher up on the list then he is, so he won't receive any big changes to his kit any time soon.
