-can we get an actual IAS/OnHit %HP magic damage item again? I still miss Madred's.

Wit's End

Recurve Bow (1000) + Negatron Cloak (720) + Ruby Crystal (400) + 580 = 2700

+300 Health (800) +40% Attack Speed (1000) +40 Magic Resistance (720)

Unique Passive: Your basic attacks deal bonus Magic Damage on-hit equal to 4% of your target's Maximum Health (capped at 60 versus minions and monsters).

Unique Passive: Your basic attacks against enemy champions reduce their Magic Resistance by 6% for 5 seconds (on-hit), stacking up to 5 times per target for a total of 30% Magic Resistance reduction.

~93.3% gold efficient without passives. Becomes gold-efficient if the on-hit passive deals at least ~75 damage.

I just used Wit's End + Black Cleaver as a template because I didn't feel like coming up with more new stuff.

I was under the impression that the massive early-game power of a potential 25 MR leech is why Wit's End was always in such an odd position design-wise, so I kinda nixed it.

I'm just brainstorming again, don't mind me.

I would be more inclined to replace the dagger with Stinger and the Negatron with Specter's Cowl if we're turning Wit's End into a late game item.

And if we're turning Wit's End into a late game item, it would probably be best if it had a stepping stone component like Maw does.

Wasn't there math done where bloodrazer was really bad on nearly all champions compared to other options.

item 3124 didn't exist and item 3091 didn't steal magic resist at the time.

But mostly I just want an actual 'lifesteal' item suited for OnHit builds. With BorK getting more lifesteal and AD, it'll honestly be a better choice on champs who are planning on going with a Crit build who want a stronger first item power spike.

Just to throw something random out there:

Totally Not Madred's Bloodrazor item 3101 item 1043 item 3136 Grants attack speed, HP, AP, CDR, and- UNIQUE passive Eyes of Pain: You ignore 15 of the target's magic resist. UNIQUE passive: Your basic attacks deal 4% of the target's Max HP as bonus magic damage OnHit. UNIQUE passive: You heal for 20% of the magic damage you deal (1/3rd effectiveness on area of effects).

You realize how insanely expensive and unwieldy that build-path is? Those components alone cost 3600 gold combined (Triforce's cost 3400).

Just spitballing. Could probably drop the Stinger down to a Dagger. But that Haunting Guise is pretty important since the goal is to target high health, low MR targets. Combined with Wit's it would be pretty nasty.

The bloodrazor enchantment deals physical damage.

Make it build out of Wit's end + Raptor Cloak and make wit's end like it was in season 2.

Wit's end(2100) + Raptor Cloak (1200) + 400 = Madred's bloodrazor (3700) 42 on hit magic damage + 2.5% of your max health 42% attack speed 40 armor 40 MR Unique passive: auto attacks increase your MR by 5 stacking up to 5 times lasting for 5 seconds. UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% Movement Speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets and Void Gates.

As in make Wit's build out of item 1057 + item 1043 again?

Yes please

If they want to add the MR shred to another upgrade item for wit's end that would be fine by me.

Okay, crazy idea time.

item 1043 + item 1033 = Grants ~30 OnHit magic damage and stacking MR OnHit. item 1043 + item 1029 = Grants ~30 OnHit magic damage and stacking Armor OnHit.

Combine into whatever you want to call the completed item. Deals (percentage) of the target's max HP in magic damage OnHit and steals (percentage) or (flat value) of the target's resistance OnHit, whichever is greater. So basically you end up with the OnHit equivalent of Trinity Force. Several moderately expensive early game items build into one powerful item.

I think just improving Wit's End is better than introducing a second item intended to be paired with Wit's, but that's just me.

The Negatron and Ruby Crystal in my recipe could be consolidated into Spectre's Cowl, but then I'd have to tack on Health Regen too and that just adds more weight to have to account for in gold efficiency.
