Is no one asking questions or opposing this smite change?

Seems like a really significant change and I haven't seen any discussion about it, a loss of 60~ overall health on your first clear is pretty big for some champions who rely on the health, especially without camp smites.

Certain junglers are OP. Like, Hecarim, Lee Sin, Rek'sai, and IDK there's a few others.

So rather than nerf them, they lowered sustain for every other jungler, too, to further widen the gap between the LCS big plays champions and the weaker junglers and make Raptors utterly impossible for everyone but those chosen few.

I feel like the hardest hit will be to those who can't deal with the new chickens, especially Nidalee who is already struggling.

it seemed to me that nearly every jungler would leave the jungle with practically full health early game

There was a thread about this. The change is rather baffling to me, it just seams to widen the divide between good and bad junglers.
