I don't believe in honor...

Now before I get downvoted hear me out.

  1. What is the point of honor? The point of honor is to give a thumbs up to players telling them that they knew what they were doing.
  2. What does this do? It creates a false need to play exactly how everyone thinks you should play.

I hate to say this, but I don't believe in honoring players for playing how they already should. You should already actively try and help your team, you should try and actively be a good sport, and you should try to call out players when they make a mistake, and how to correct it without being an asshole.

So it begs the question, why should I honor someone for playing how they are supposed to?

Because not all humans are as intrinsically motivated as you are.
