Why does NA get everything later then every other region?
Patch updates, Rotating Game Mode Queue, new skins, new champions, NA always get's everything last; why is that?
Just time zone differences? That is a little silly is so.

DrCyanide3 votesAll those things are based on the timezone where the server is located. The Featured Game Mode just rolls out for a server when it's clock hits a certain time.
We often (although not always) test features before other regions get them, if that makes you feel better about it. I'm pretty sure we got Hextech Crafting early because of that.
