Rivens have been popping in my games almost everyday, I've been forced to ban her instead of Veigar, she always gets fed, and no matter how much we keep her down she gets fed late game, She does NOT take any skill, Does not have ANY mechanics, and she NEEDS A NERF

Riven is strong, and maybe she does need nerfs. No one has argued against these two points as of yet. What has been argued against is the way you use "skill", because you're not using it in a way that applies to League champions.
