What if Neeko could turn into enemies?

I was thinking her passive is not that great for most of the game since she is played mid for the most part so what if riot changed it to work on enemies too since then it allows her to think about how she moves around mid lane since it is hard for the enemy mid to know who is mid then if there not looking and it would help her ganks too. it also would not be that strong since the enemy can just look at there map to know it is neeko.
