Please don't Sejuani Rek'Sai

So, we all know Rek'Sai went nuts with the new Conqueror along with her QoL buffs. Well, Conqueror has been nerfed twice and Rek'Sai is feeling them. Rek'Sai does not need nerfs at this point, or at the very least, let things sit for a bit before nerfing her. Otherwise, you're risking another Sejuaniing where you buff an item/rune, a champ who makes extremely good use of it gets nerfed and at the same time the new external thing gets nerfed, leaving said champion in far worse a state.

As a Rek'Sai main, I don't want to see her in the gutter... again...
