I can barely clear 3 camps without dying :(
Am I doing something wrong? I even get people to hard leash gromp for me but unfortunately I still almost die to Red Buff every game. An Enemy jungler could walk in, kill me, and I wouldn't have enough health to even react.
Any advice for clearing with him?

just clear gromp blue wolves golems go b then clear red
Zac's clear is extremely forgiving. I can clear the entire jungle without a leash.
I am not a jungling expert. But i just watched a few vids and can see the habits high elo players have with Zac. With camps like gromp or red buff that put a DOT (damage over time) on monsters they kite the camp to its reset range and take advanatge of picking up blobs and getting hits in while the camps dance back and forth between reset and aggro. This help mitigate the damage of your first clear. From what I can see.
