Forgefire Cape (Ornn Masterwork Item)

[Changed] UNIQUE Passive - Immolate: Burns nearby enemies for [26 to 43] magic damage per second. Once every 10 seconds, your next immobilizing spell deals [26 to 43] (+5% Your Bonus HP) bonus magic damage and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage around you. Immolate's damage is increased by 50% to minions and monsters.

On the PBE right now.

So this does sooo much.

For those that Build HP items and have an immobilizing spell (Root, Stun, knockup, pull) This adds ~100-120 damage to the spells damage AND does an AOE for the same damage around you.

Champs that can use this.

Yes I know some would normally not build this item as it does nothing for them but think Tank Veigar or Tank Ekko having 100-120 added to their stun and an AOE and the Tankyness.

The ones that Im playing with are RekSai , Sett and Urgot. Reksai feels really good with it.

The scariest ones I think will be the champs that build HP as an offensive resource.

Tbh, i feel its only gonna do well on champs that go into range, while it is strong think someone like Veigar trying to use it, he is slow as hell and the range is only about 325 i believe, most champs would simply walk away the champs i see it being problematic on is Amumu Ornn Sett Karthus DrMundo Ekko and potentially Kassadin TahmKench Urgot Mordekaiser the rest kinda need the buff

so many champions can use it its hilarious, doesn't mean they would want too

It'll be good for tanks and likely be build A LOT MORE but I doubt Yasuo, Sylas, Irelia etc etc would want it

Yes, an item that buffs tank top raka, so she can root you with her E and do even more damage.
