Which junglers would you like to see in the meta?

The fantasy is that every jungler can be viable and equal, but since that can't happen let's consider which ones we'd rather be top tier in the near future.

Sion: Fun mechanics, good interaction and counterplay in his Q.

Jarvan: A good early-game terror and his ult is interesting to have in a game (unless you're bronze, in which case RIP he's helping).

Elise: Mechanically interesting and she works thematically.

Maoki: He's actually literally a tree.

Warwick: Also works thematically, but he should be a noob pick instead of the ridiculousness he had in 4.20.

Kha: Interesting champion, he should continue to exist as a high-skillcap assassin that needs to snowball to be worthwhile.

Lee: Keep him viable, but make him like Kha, in that he really needs to snowball.

Mumu: Another good noob pick, he should be able to farm to 6 and then press-R-win-game, but make him really vulnerable to invades early.

Shaco: Interesting champ, just being in the game is enough to change how people play.

Nunu: Pure evil, but really interactive with the enemy team if they try to stop his counterjungling. He should be the ideal Poacher's Knife fantasy. What he needs to be strong, IMO, is a change to his Q so that consuming the birds extends the duration of his true sight.

Udyr: A more agressive Nunu. Although I might be okay with him getting gutted if the trick2garmy keeps trying to powerfarm with him.

Xin: Fun mechanics for the jungle, ult is an interesting gank tool.

Aatrox: Great champion, just needs a change so that he doesn't default to 50% hp whenever he goes into the jungle. Or make him a bit less squishy early because that passive isn't really useful for ganks outside of tower diving, which you don't always want to try.

Nautilus: Ridiculous ganks but easy to bully, and a lot of interaction in that you have to kill his shield to stop his dps.

Diana: The ult is interesting, I don't know much about her play patterns though.

Rek'Sai: Has the potential to be a great jungler (but IMO she's a really unhealthy toplaner).

Sej: I mostly want to see her new skin someday.

Vi: All-around good champ with interaction and counterplay.

Fiddles: Always makes the game more interesting, whether you're playing as him or against him.

Zyra: I wish this was still a thing.

The ones I left, I left because either I don't see them enough to have an opinion on whether they're healthy for the game, or because I don't feel like seeing them in the next any-time-ever. Feel free to share your thoughts.

Poppy because she's a late game threat and an anti-carry. Akali Her sustain would make her a good jungler and a strong level 6 ganker if she wasn't banned Sejuani She's my favorite tank jungler Leona I like building her as a bruiser in the jungle Evelynn Riot needs to fix her. :( Ahri Because she's the foxy lady. Irelia Because we need a reason to nerf irelia's jungle Katarina I think it's clear I like jungle assassins by now... Jinx MissFortune ...and adcs too it seems.

Ideally, I'd rather just have them all rotate in and out of strength/popularity. I'm not going to turn this into a Lee Sin hate thread, but jungle has definitely been stifled by a few dominant champions in recent history; if Riot could figure out how to adequately tone those few down to a point where they might sink beneath the surface again for a while and let other champions have a moment in the spotlight, the jungle might get back to a healthy, rotational meta.

Why should ww be a "noob" pick? Why should any champ be a "noob" pick? Wtf is a "noob" pick? Lee sin is not healthy in his current state at all. What is the counterplay to vi? At least with ww you have a qss to negate a bit of damage and lockdown, but with vi you just bend and spread'em.

WW is a highly versatile champ. He can be built around AP, magic pen, tanky, or ad fighter/brusier. How many other champs have those options? Just because he was strong a bit doesn't mean you should hate. If that were the case, you should hate every single champ in this game and just quit.

well anything that only has like 1 combo is sorta noob pick easy for noobs to play

warwick is AA+Q, R sometimes in the hands of a pro...odds are even they would struggle to find anymore depth past AA+Q,

Come on, the guy explaned in clear english what he considers a noob pick, a champion lacking in meaningful gameplay choices. That does not mean build choices, WW has as many build paths as any other champion. That means in game choices, as in how do I use this ability where when on whome, and so on.

The difference is like WW and Lee Sin or J4 or Vi. You can argue that some or all of them are toxic, but there's no denying which takes more skill.

I call WW a noob pick because he's really, really easy, and he doesn't scale too much with your skill. You don't need to know how to gank pre-6 because he pretty much can't, you don't need to know combos because his skills are all independent simple choices. He benefits from a player who knows how to build him but can still function with the same build every game, and he benefits from a player who knows how to wait out the cc spells, but still works even if you don't. A champ like that is great for new players, but doesn't bring much to LCS (the one pro game I saw him in in 4.20, he still couldn't do much compared to high skillcap champs).

I actually mained Poppy jungle last season (do the trick2g madstone bullshit, press R, kill both carries every fight, easy victory) and I can honestly say it's a terribly toxic playstyle that should never be allowed to be strong. A lot of fun for the one doing it though x)

best option yet scrap the meta

Since Riot worked hard to make them only work in the jungle, they should always be viable there.

i just wish i could see junglers that scale rather than junglers with extremely overloaded early game kits that fall off super hard post level 11 (pantheon... lee... etc.)

there isn't enough gold and experience in the jungle, and champion kills dont give enough experience. junglers are typically the same level as supports and if they dont get kills they end up with about the same gold as a spellthief support. it's really sad tbh.

Kayle

Kayle has so much versatility has she can go AP burst, On Hit or AD. Also her ganks can usually burn a summoner spell or even tower dive because of her ultimate, which just offers a ton of utility in general. She also has sustain from Divine Blessing.

I want to see a massive armoured ghost centaur spin on teams while fearing everyone and being nigh unkillable.
