It's a fair comparison, but then you must concede the comparison between TLD and Echo, Fervor and Witt's end/Rageblade, Liandry's and DFT, and SoA with Gauntlet.
The keystones, by and large, are not THAT different from items. Pretending that WLBL is somehow less inspired is being silly.

Lazypeon1002 votesI disagree purely because of how the life steal is supposed to function.
That's not to say it is too terribly interesting, cause it's not. Personally my favorite masteries are Stormraider's Surge, Grasp of the Undying, and Strength of Ages because they all change how you either play or can potentially change your build path which is more interesting than any of the other keystones.
