So should a Renekton top take TP or Ignite?

Also, what is the full burst combo exactly (Ive heard it involves Tiamat/Hydra and animation cancelling)?

Is Renekton's strategy basically... win/snowball/zone lane, try to take Tier 1 and Tier 2 and then team fight? How should he team fight?
