Reason Why Veigar Was Nerfed
Because every nerf and move done is to balance professional play and not to give 2 shits about the PAYING players who are in this game for the fun of it and have no worth or say whatsoever about champion changes.

Even if that is true, it'd be because most of the paying customers have absolutely no idea how to balance a game. They just want the champs they play to be strong and the champs they don't like to be weak.
